The Platinum Ergo is built around comfort. Its ergonomic chair has adjustable arms, backrest and footplate, so it can be set up to suit the person using it. Platinum Stairlifts makes the Ergo range in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
There are three versions: the Ergo straight, the Ergo Curve for staircases with bends, and an outdoor version of the straight lift for garden or front steps.
Every price is a starting price that includes installation, VAT and a parts and labour warranty (3 years on new, 2 years on reconditioned). Your exact price depends on your staircase and the options you choose, and we confirm it in writing after a free home survey.

We found very little genuine owner feedback that names the Ergo. Platinum sells through dealers, so reviews are spread thinly, and Platinum’s own Trustpilot page has only a handful of reviews covering all its models, with both long-term trouble-free use and complaints about breakdowns and waits for parts. Several stairlift review websites praise the comfort of the Ergo chair, but these are sales sites rather than independent owner reviews, so we would not rely on them.
